This is my 2nd stay this year. I really loved the warmth of all staff members especially Ali, Mina and Sara at the frontdesk. The location is something I can't get over as within a few meters walk I'm inside the mall. Everything is super secure. The honestly and credibility of cleaning staff and security is beyond description from personal experience!! The indivdual kitchen facility and basement laundry are a great advantage especially when travelling with kids. The view is lovely especially when booking higher floors. There is 3 days free dinner at night. The breakfast has a good variety : cereals, egg station, pastries, fruits, fresh juices, yougurts, bpiled eggs colds, beans, hotdogs, foul, colds cuts, cheeses and salads in addition to coffee machines are available.😄 I extremely loved it and will definately return whenever I'm in Cairo.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times especially Mina and Ali at the reception. The lady supervisor at breakfast was extra pleasant. The amazing location, you literally go to.lrvel -1 walk 6 meters in the inside parking and you're inside Citystar mall! Very safe and secure with my 7 and 8 year old boys. Very spacious rooms with open view, lovely bathrooms and well equipped kitchen that includes even a dishwasher. The beds were super comfy too. The extra bonus was to be allowed to carry your tray full of food up to your room in addition free dinner 3 days per week ( Mon, Tues and Wed).Will definately come back evertime I'm in Cairo😍

The property had a decent breakfast - enough to hold you down for the day. The traffic outside was pretty noisy especially at the weekend but it was quieted quickly. The best part of the hotel was the access to the mall without having to go through the busy street. Very close to the airport with good security. I traveled with my mother and we felt safe here. There was a free laundry if you have detergent or you can purchase from the store. The bed was comfortable and temperature good. The refrigerator never seemed to get that cold and there were some minor issues but overall we had a lovely stay and would come back.

The staff at the front reception are five star- especially Mohamed Abdullah who paid attention to every detail and met all my needs. The staff are keen to help in every way possible with a smile on their face. Truly a welcoming, safe and clean hotel. I would recommend to anyone.

The suite and hotel itself is so tidy and clean, including a washing machine area, gym, restaurant, SPA, children’s area! Service and great value. Connected directly to the Citystars Heliopolis shopping mall. Would definitely visit again.
